Regarded as the dance teacher whose energy is unlimited, I'm here to tell you- it's not!

In my cardio dance classes, however, my job is to motivate, energize, create, and inspire you to work your hardest. My classes are suitable for anyone, beginners to advanced and is appropriate for both men and women. There are drop in fees for each gym. Styles range from jazz, funk, hip-hop, swing, jive, salsa, and Broadway. Below you will find my schedule.

I advise you to check back frequently as I often add subbed classes in at the last minute. See you in class!
